The Lusail project will comprise the primary infrastructure development of 2,100 hectares of land to the North of Doha, Qatar, to include residential, leisure, retail and commercial space, with an estimated resident, worker and visitor population of 285,000.

Methil No. 3 Docks Business Park.
Client: Alsherra Investments Limited/Scottish Enterprise and Fife Council
Regeneration of the former No. 3 Dock to provide a new business/industrial park in planned phases. Currently built are 8 blocks comprising an office block/training centre (for Carnegie College), a bakery/production unit (for RT Stuart), a childcare facility (for Fife Council Early Learning Centre), a 3-storey office block complete with a hydrogen cell power centre and wind turbine (for Hydrogen Office/Scottish Office) and 4 No. ‘speculative’ business/light industry units. Further development including a doctor/dental surgeries centre with pharmacy and other industrial units are at planning stage. The location also includes a football stadium for East Fife FC.

Hydrogen Office
Client: Alsherra Investments Ltd/Scottish Office (Hydrogen Office) /Scottish Enterprise
The Hydrogen Office is a 3-storey office block that has been developed in conjunction with Scottish Enterprise Fife and The Hydrogen Office (Scottish Executive) to showcase renewable energy technologies in particular the use of hydrogen cells. The Hydrogen Office is using it to demonstrate the efficiencies of renewable energies. The building is powered by a renewable energy system which includes a 81m high wind turbine, hydrogen cells and ground source heat pump which is run to and contained within a stand-alone energy systems building. The ground source heat pump is also being utlised to provide summer cooling. .
