The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 place duties on everyone involved in construction work with the client being the main duty holder. The David Adamson Group provides a full Principal Designer Service and CDM Support to the Clients, Designers and Contractors to enable them to fulfil their duties under CDM 2015. The Principal Designer’s duties include, the requirements to the plan, manage, monitor and the coordinate health and safety during the preconstruction phase and to liaise with the Principal Contractor in providing information relevant for the planning, management and monitoring of the construction phase.
