Director
Keith joined David Adamson & Partners in 1986 and is a Director based in the State of Qatar leading the companies the MENA and India operations.
Keith was responsible for establishing the company’s Qatar Office in 1996, and later their India and Oman office in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
Having in excess of 35 years of professional Quantity Surveying experience, Keith has worked in many sectors of the Construction Industry including Building, Civil and Petro-chemical and has managed projects throughout the MENA region including Bahrain, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Sudan, Syria & Yemen and in the India subcontinent.
Keith is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Director
Paul joined David Adamson & Partners Overseas in 1998 and is a Director based in the group’s Doha office, State of Qatar.
As resident Director since 2005, Paul has been instrumental in the establishment and expansion of the David Adamson Group, securing major landmark projects and helping the group to become recognised as one of the pre-eminent Construction Consultancy firms in Qatar and throughout the GCC.
Paul has been pro-actively working within the construction industry for over 25 years. He has gained professional experience, in providing Quantity Surveying, Cost, Contract & Commercial Management services in respect of major developments in the United Kingdom, Middle East, North Africa and India.
Paul is the General Manager of the Qatar Office.
Director
Christopher joined David Adamson & Partners Overseas in 2005 and is a Director based in the group’s Doha office, State of Qatar.
Since joining, Christopher has been instrumental in expanding the David Adamson Group Qatar office to its current operational size, capability and resource, and making it one of the pre-eminent Construction Consultancy firms in Qatar and throughout the GCC.
Christopher has in excess of 20 years professional experience, including 16 years in the Middle East and MENA, engaged on large scale prestigious projects in the building and civil engineering sectors, with contract values up to GBP 5 Billion.
Christopher is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Director
Alan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He joined David Adamson & Partners in 2016 and is a Director based in the group’s head office in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
With over thirty years’ experience in private practice working in the construction industry, Alan has gained experience in most of the key sectors including Commercial, Retail, Education, Hotels and Residential and has a keen interest in conservation work. In addition to Quantity Surveying, Alan also administers contracts and provides bank monitoring.
Along with his management roles within the business, Alan oversees our framework agreements ensuring that David Adamson & Partners continue to deliver a quality service.
Director
Richard joined David Adamson & Partners in 2006 and is a Director based in the group’s Kirkcaldy office, United Kingdom.
He has over 35 years experience within the construction industry throughout the whole of the UK. Through this time, he has gained vast experience in all types of projects and sectors including large scale residential projects and refurbishment of prestigious buildings. His duties involve the full spectrum of the Quantity Surveying / Cost Management role and leading project teams.
Richard works with private developers providing robust cost information and procurement advice and brings strong commercial acumen.
Director
Sandesh joined the David Adamson Group in 2012 and is a Director of the Company’s India operations which he helped establish in 2015. Sandesh is currently based in Qatar.
Having in excess of 18 years of professional experience within the construction industry of Qatar, UAE and India, and with his specialist MEP knowledge, Sandesh has worked on many large scale prestigious projects in sectors including Healthcare, Hotel, Retail, Commercial and Sports.
Sandesh is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), A Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, an RICS Accredited Civil Commercial Mediator and an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (India).
Director
Rohit joined the David Adamson Group in 2015 and is a Director based in India as part of the Quantity Surveying Division for the India operations.
Since joining, Rohit has been instrumental in expanding the David Adamson Group India office to its current operational size, capability and resource, and making it one of the pre-eminent Construction Consultancy firms in India.
Rohit has in excess of 15 years professional experience, engaged on large scale prestigious projects in the building and civil engineering sectors.
Director
Vishal joined the David Adamson Group in 2015 and is a Director based in India as part of the Quantity Surveying Division for the India operations.
Vishal has been pro-actively working within the construction industry for over 15 years. He has gained professional experience, in providing Quantity Surveying, Cost, Contract & Commercial Management Services in India.
Vishal is responsible for the Cost Consultancy Division in the India. He oversees the company’s clients of various sectors and is responsible for the day to day management of the operation.
Saurabh Sharma joined David Adamson Group in 2018 and is a Director of the Company’s India operations. He is a core member of the firm for Project Management practice across all Indian offices.
Saurabh was responsible for establishing the company’s Delhi-NCR Office in 2018, and later their expansion of business in India.
Saurabh’s deep knowledge of the industrial, warehousing, infrastructure, and commercial sectors makes him a valuable asset on strategic and operational projects. He has led many greenfield and brownfield projects for European companies as well as for major global corporations.
He also contributed to develop the training program for Construction Project Management in alliance with Unitec University, New Zealand.
Before joining David Adamson Group, Saurabh worked for five years at Tata Group companies.
